generation facility an substation in Kwa-Zulu Natal province. Avon makes available and sells net
dependable power capacity to Eskom in accordance with its purchasing power agreement.

it owns, develops, manufactures, constructs, operates, maintains and finances a fuel peaking power
generation facility and substation in Kwa-Zulu Natal Province. Dedisa makes available and sells net
dependable power capacity to Eskom in accordance with its purchasing power agreement.
